Founded by Pippa, with support from Cam, we bring ethically sourced, carefully crafted coffee to events, markets, and beautiful spots across the region.

Pippa runs the trailer full-time. With a background in property and sustainable agriculture, she created Gallop & Grind to reflect what matters to her: quality, community, and conscious choices. Her favourite drink? A vanilla oat latte — smooth, sweet, and plant-based.

Cam, an Army Officer and paragliding instructor, joins the team on weekends. Whether he’s behind the counter or making sure our trailer’s off-grid systems are running smoothly, he’s always up for a chat and a strong cortado.
