Where can we bring the coffee?

Choose the service that best matches your plans. Each booking is shaped around the venue, timings, guests and payment arrangement.

Coffee first

The horsebox gets noticed. The coffee brings people back.

Gallop & Grind is built around the standard of coffee we would expect from a good independent café.

We use speciality beans roasted by Fire & Flow in Cirencester, grind for service and prepare espresso on a restored commercial Astoria lever machine. Decaf, alternative milk, tea, hot chocolate and selected seasonal drinks can be included in the agreed event menu.

Coffee worth serving

Locally roasted speciality beans and proper commercial equipment give guests a genuine café-quality experience.

Designed for unusual venues

Our normal off-grid setup is suited to fields, barns, private gardens, workplaces and temporary event spaces.

Friendly people, professional planning

You deal directly with the people who plan, prepare and deliver the service.

Flexible payment arrangements

Depending on the booking, drinks can be hosted by the organiser, purchased by guests or provided through a combination of both.

Based in Bulford. Ready to travel for the right event.

We work regularly across Wiltshire, Hampshire and nearby areas, including Salisbury, Tidworth, Amesbury and Andover. Longer journeys are considered for suitable weddings, corporate bookings and larger events.

Practical questions, answered

Do you need electricity or water?
No. The horsebox is fully self-sufficient — it carries its own power and water, so no generator or site hook-up is required.
Can drinks be prepaid?
Yes. Drinks can be hosted by the organiser and settled as part of the booking, so guests are not asked to pay on the day.
Can guests purchase their own drinks?
Yes. Depending on the booking, guests can buy their own drinks, the organiser can host the bar, or the two can be combined — for example a hosted first hour followed by guest purchases.
How far do you travel?
We are based in Bulford, Wiltshire, and our standard pricing covers events within 30 miles of base — which takes in most of Wiltshire and a good part of Hampshire. We do travel further for events that suit us, and any travel cost is set out in your quote before you commit to anything.
