Bring a complete mobile coffee shop to your workplace or event.
Gallop & Grind provides friendly professional barista service for staff celebrations, client days, product launches, conferences, wellbeing events and regular workplace visits.
Choose from hosted drinks, vouchers, fixed service periods or suitable guest-paid arrangements. Clear quotations, invoicing and organiser documentation are available.

Where we are usually booked
The pattern of the day matters more than the label on it. Tell us the running order and we staff and stock for the peaks.
- Staff appreciation
- Thank-you mornings, long-service milestones and end-of-project celebrations.
- Employee wellbeing
- A reason to step away from the desk during wellbeing weeks and away days.

- Service that holds an audience in one place before and after the presentation.
- Client hospitality
- Barista coffee for client days, site visits and hosted viewings.
- Conferences
- Coverage of arrivals, the mid-morning break and the post-lunch dip.
- Exhibitions
- A stand draw at trade shows, with service paced to the hall's footfall.
- Open days
- Somewhere for visitors to gather while they wait for a tour or talk.
- Training days
- Fixed service windows built around the timetable rather than the whole day.
- Military and public-sector workplaces

Branding options
Light-touch branding that works on the day. We only list what we can actually deliver.
- Branded menu
- Your logo and wording on the menu board at the serving hatch.
- Branded cup
- Printed cups or cup sleeves, subject to a sufficient order quantity.
- Drink token or voucher
- Tokens or vouchers issued to staff and guests so drinks are hosted up to an agreed number.
- Signature drink
- A named drink on the menu for the day, agreed with us in advance.
- Simple logo signage
- A logo board or sign placed at the trailer for the duration of the service.
Operational facts
What a facilities or events team needs before signing off a supplier. Details still being confirmed are marked rather than estimated.
- Power
- The horsebox is self-sufficient and carries its own power, so it needs no generator and no hook-up to the building — useful when the venue's supply is already committed to AV.
- Water
- We carry our own water for service, so a tap on site is convenient but not required.
- Where we can pitch
- Car parks, courtyards, yards and grass all work, as does an outdoor pitch beside a conference venue. The horsebox is towed, so it stays outside the building.
- Insurance
- We carry £10 million public liability insurance. A copy of the certificate is sent with your booking paperwork, or earlier if your venue or facilities team asks for it.
- Food safety
- The horsebox holds a 5-star Food Hygiene Rating — the highest available. The certificate can be supplied alongside the insurance documents.
- Invoicing
- We invoice the company directly and can quote against a purchase order. A deposit of 25% secures the date and the balance falls due 14 days before the event.
Organiser questions
- Can you invoice a company?
- Yes. We invoice the company directly and can quote against a purchase order where your finance team needs one. The same terms apply as for any other booking: 25% to secure the date, balance due 14 days before the event.
- Can drinks be prepaid?
- Yes. Drinks can be hosted by the organiser and settled as part of the booking, so guests are not asked to pay on the day.
- Can guests purchase their own drinks?
- Yes. Depending on the booking, guests can buy their own drinks, the organiser can host the bar, or the two can be combined — for example a hosted first hour followed by guest purchases.
- Do you need electricity or water?
- No. The horsebox is fully self-sufficient — it carries its own power and water, so no generator or site hook-up is required.
- How far do you travel?
- We are based in Bulford, Wiltshire, and our standard pricing covers events within 30 miles of base — which takes in most of Wiltshire and a good part of Hampshire. We do travel further for events that suit us, and any travel cost is set out in your quote before you commit to anything.
- Do you serve decaf?
- Yes. Decaf and alternative milks are part of the standard offer rather than something to request specially.
- Do you offer non-coffee drinks?
- Yes. Tea, hot chocolate and selected seasonal drinks can be included in the agreed event menu.
- How is the date secured?
- A deposit of 25% of the quoted total secures the date, and the balance is due 14 days before the event. Final guest numbers and menu choices are confirmed at the same 14-day point. Our full terms, including the cancellation schedule, are set out on the booking terms page.
