Sustainability
Practical choices, not empty promises
Mobile catering uses fuel, water and single-use items. Rather than advertise a badge we cannot evidence, here is what we actually do.
What we do now
Current practice only. Nothing here is an aspiration dressed up as a claim.
- Off-grid operation
The horsebox runs from its own power and water. We do not ask venues for a hook-up, and we do not run a generator through the service.
- Local roasting
Beans come from Fire & Flow, a small roaster, rather than a national wholesaler, which keeps the supply chain short and the relationship direct.
- Waste management
We take our waste away with us unless the venue asks us to use their stream, and coffee grounds are kept separate from general waste.
- Reducing what we throw away
Milk is textured to order rather than in bulk, so surplus milk is not poured away between drinks.

What we do not claim
You will not find a carbon-neutral badge, a recycled percentage or a plastic-free claim on this site. If we cannot evidence a figure, we do not publish it.

Ask us anything you need for your venue
If your venue or procurement team needs specifics on waste, serving products or power, ask when you enquire and we will tell you exactly what we can evidence.
